FAQ
Common questions.
Something else on your mind?Ask us directly
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Three DNS records that prove an email really comes from your domain. Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo now expect them, and messages without them are more likely to be rejected or sent to spam.
Will changing DNS take my website or email offline?
No. We review every existing record first, make changes in a planned order and verify everything afterwards.
Do you need access to my domain registrar?
Yes. If the domain is in someone else's account, we can help you move it to one in your company's name that you control, and you give us delegated access.
