Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. We're built for teams that don't have a full-time IT department, from a five-person office to a growing company with several locations.

We already have Microsoft 365. Can you take it over?

Yes. We start with a review of your tenant: users, licenses, security settings and admin roles. We fix anything risky and document everything before taking over day-to-day management.

Will we lose email during a migration?

No. We migrate mailboxes in the background, then switch your domain's mail records at a quiet time, usually overnight or on a weekend. Your team keeps working throughout.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. Domains, the Microsoft 365 tenant, hosting and code are registered in your company's name, and you get full admin access and documentation.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Almost everything we do, from Microsoft 365 to websites, is done remotely and securely, so we can support teams wherever they are. On-site visits can be arranged for specific projects.

Which languages do you support?

English and Spanish, for your team and for your documentation.

What does it cost?

Projects are quoted at a fixed price after your free IT check. Care plans are a predictable monthly fee based on the number of sites and users. No hidden extras.
